NexTech Enrollment Packet
To begin the enrollment process please review the procedures listed below. Complete the required forms.
The following forms must be completed in their entirety:
- Enrollment Form
- Records Request Form
- Educational Development Form
- Household Information Survey
Return the forms to the school office, or submit them at enrollment@gr.nextechhigh.org.
For additional help with completing forms the following links may be helpful if you are unable to complete the PDF online. These links provide ways to complete forms via mobile device in place of a document scanner.
